In November 2019, we worked with a collective intelligence approach which gather contributions from internal talents for the book “The relationship, the new gold of companies”.

The book introduces our vision of the transformation of communication, in a collective work edited by Frédéric Bedin, Benoît Désveaux and Laurence Malençon.

“The relationship, the new gold for companies” claims that brands, companies & organisations should connect with their publics. In practice, companies’ communicators have a job of identifying their communities, in order to build trust and serve them. The creation of a strong Relational Capital for brands and companies is the way to reveal their resilience, it carries their possibilities to develop or transform themselves, and be agile. This is where the value lies, an unknow relationship capital, which constitutes “the new gold of companies”…
