The challenge

How to turn this event into a 20th-anniversary celebration and bring together 4,000 coworkers (both on-site and remotely) around key messages?

Let’s start!

Our offer: an event built around 3 bright, human, and surprising key moments!

A highly visual plenary session that showcase a colorful, dynamic, and bright graphic design, and a set design that engages people through stunning images and videos. About the content: clear information to draw up a report, inspiring messages to look to the future, playful interactions thanks to a 20-Year Quiz – a game hosted by Faustine Bollaert to test the participants’ knowledge, both on-site and remotely.

Disruptive and festive activities, such as the Magical Fridge to surprise the coworkers, a ball pool to have fun, an entertaining mood barometer for the foodies, a photo booth to take jumping pictures and encourage people to let go and keep a lasting memory, and last but not least: an exhibition that celebrates the CANDF success of the past 20 years!

The grand finale of this event: a surprise concert of Michael Gregorio, a generous and lively artist, who set the final tone and brought good vibes to this unforgettable anniversary.
